**IMPORTANT NOTICE:  The jury trial scheduled for Monday, March 27, 2023, through Tuesday, March 28, 2023, has been canceled; therefore, jurors will not need to report. As a reminder, jurors are eligible to receive additional summonses until the end of the Term of Court, May 22, 2023.

Please click here to review the York Co.-Poquoson Circuit Court approved jury plan relative to the Declaration of Judicial Emergency from the Virginia Supreme Court.  Please be advised that in accordance with the Supreme Court of Virginia Order dated June 15, 2021, the Court may modify the jury plan without further review and approval if the chief judge or presiding judge determines that such modifications are safe and consistent with recommendations of the CDC, the Governor’s Executive Order(s), and Virginia Department of Health.

The Constitution guarantees an accused the right to a jury selected from a cross-section of the community.  Members of a circuit court jury are selected from a master list prepared by jury commissioners appointed by the circuit court. • Provide Questionnaire Answers Electronically
• Update Personal Information (i.e. change of address, change of name)
